The Vacancy

As Network Presentation Maintainer at KAM, you will assist the Assistant Network Presentation Maintenance Manager and Business Support and Facilities Manager in all matters relative to network presentation and facilities maintenance. Providing a professional service in across the engineering function and to liaise with outside parties working on or adjacent to Metrolink infrastructure and ensure safe working practices are implemented.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
- To ensure works are carried out professionally & safely
- To update the job bank as tasks are completed
- Provide information on incidents and failures
- Assist with the production of Permits to Work
- Assist with setting up subcontractors planned maintenance works
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the section
- Outside party liaison responsibility for work affecting the Metrolink System.
- Ensuring that employees, contractors and visitors are aware of safety procedures.
- Use Agility software
For this role, it is essential you hold a full driving licence and must have experience of working in the building industry/pluming qualification or experience would be an advantage.
You must also hold a PTS/PIC.
