Come and join our People team, we are recruiting for a HR Shared Services Assistant. You will roll your sleeves up and get stuck into providing an all-round HR support service to the wider business and the people team.
The role will offer you lots of variety and opportunity to develop your HR and payroll knowledge as no day will be the same. There will be opportunity to change the way we do things and take the lead on process improvement projects.
You will play a key role in coordinating and maintaining accurate employee records, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, maintaining the HR system, monthly payroll and providing first line advice and guidance to colleagues and managers. As a team we provide first class customer service to our colleagues, ensuring best practice is at the forefront of what we do, bringing to life our people strategy - Attract, develop, Retain.
