Join our team at Keolis Amey Metrolink (KAM), the largest light rail network in the UK!
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Customer Operations team.
Whether you’re wanting to learn new skills or you’re looking for a career change, there's a role here for you. You will be joining a team that is committed to delivering an exceptional service and cares about what they do.
No shift will be the same, you will play a key role supporting customers on the platforms with general enquiries, ticket inspections, working with the travel safe officers for special events to crowd manage our platforms and keep everyone safe.
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us. Applications from everyone with the necessary skills are welcome.
Training:
Metrolink is committed to the professional development of our people, you will receive lots of support and on the job training, setting you up on the right track for success and helping you build your career with us.
As a new CSR your first two weeks will be attending our training programme, gaining knowledge on the role of a CSR, meeting the team, learning our network to support customers and how to use the portable hand held devices.

Positions are based at Manchester One and Trafford Depot.
